What is collected, and what is not
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from another host. It does not know who you are. If you email us, we have your email — that is the whole of it.
The preflight check
The preflight page is the one thing here that touches your customers’ artwork, and it never sends it anywhere. The file is read by your own browser, measured there, and forgotten when you close the tab. It is not uploaded, not stored on a server, and not written into the browser’s own storage either.
You do not have to take that on trust. Open your network tab before you drop a file in and watch that nothing is requested. The page is also served with a policy header that forbids it from opening a network connection at all, so the browser refuses on our behalf rather than us promising.
The software
Apart from that page, nothing is deployed and there is nothing to sign up to, so this section describes software nobody outside can run yet. It is written now rather than later because where your work is kept is the kind of thing that should be settled before a product ships.
The build that exists runs on one computer, and jobs, customer artwork and every version of every artifact are written to a folder on that computer. Whether that stays true of how Nemaworks is finally delivered is not settled. If your work ends up held on a server of ours instead, this page will say so — and say how long it is kept — before that happens, not afterwards.
The exception, stated plainly: images are sent to Anthropic for the steps that need a judgement — how a trace came out, how many colours a logo has, whether a keyline is really there, and which white shapes are letter holes. Those requests carry the image and the question. They do not carry your customers’ names, addresses or contact details, and they are not used to train models.
Artwork belongs to whoever drew it
A customer’s logo is their property. The software does not publish it, share it or send it anywhere beyond what is described above. How long you keep a customer’s artwork is set in your own configuration, and is your decision to make.
